Terms and Conditions – Money Back Guarantee

The money-back guarantee ensures the full refund of the amount paid for Group Mentoring if the participant does not make their first sale within 30 days after the store is launched, provided that all the conditions described below are met. By joining the program, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:


1. Definition of "Store Launch"

The store launch is considered successful when:

  • All steps necessary for the store to be operational and ready to receive sales have been completed, as described in the program.
  • Steps include (but are not limited to) configuring:
    • Shopify store (products, payment and shipping methods, essential apps - all homework from sessions 3 and 4 completed).
    • Launch of the store with defined marketing campaigns and strategies.
    • Instagram account
    • Affiliate Marketing
    • Email marketing
    • Packaging
    • Shipping
  • Important note : The warranty period only starts counting from the moment the store is officially opened and the participant notifies the mentor of its opening.

2. Eligibility for Money Back Guarantee

To be eligible for reimbursement, the participant must strictly comply with the following requirements:

2.1 Active Participation and Commitment

  • Attend at least 5 sessions of the Group Mentoring program, always asking to hold a question and answer session if you are unable to attend.
  • Please give at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend a session. Failure to do so may result in the warranty being void.
  • Complete and submit homework within the indicated deadline, i.e., the work for each session must be submitted by the next session (e.g.: the work for session 4 must be submitted before session 5).

2.2 Complete Implementation of Defined Steps

The participant must implement all essential steps of the program, including the following:

Supply and Market:

  • Clear definition of two potential markets and final validation of the chosen market based on the criteria taught.
  • Creating an irresistible offer for the market.

Product:

  • Choose 3 to 5 potential products for the defined market.
  • Validation and selection of the main product (star product) and operationalizing this same product first.

Shopify Store Setup:

  • Creation of the store with functional and responsive design.
  • Complete listing of the star product and configured upsells/cross-sells.
  • Payment methods activated and shipping defined (Shopify Payments and Paypal).
  • Installation and configuration of essential apps.

Organic and Affiliate Marketing:

  • Creating partnerships with affiliates or influencers to promote the store.
  • Contact at least 100 affiliates per day , complying with the parameters defined in class (minimum of 10,000 real followers aligned with the niche), responding to all contacts within a maximum period of 6 hours to speed up the advertising and sales process.
  • Implementation of the organic marketing strategy learned in class.

    Email & SMS Marketing:

    • Popup form setup for lead capture
      • Requirements: Email and Mobile Phone
      • Offer 10% discount or Free-Shipping
      • Use data for remarketing in Flows.
    • Setting up basic email & SMS marketing flows, including:
      • First Purchase Upsell
      • Abandoned cart recovery.

    Multichannel Sales:

    • Sales are not only considered those made via the internet. All types of sales are eligible , including sales made in marketplaces, physical stores or other offline channels.

    2.3 Weekly Touch-Points and Feedback

    • The participant must make mandatory weekly contact with the mentor (on the first working day of each week), providing:
      • Detailed summary of the results obtained so far.
      • Progress of tasks completed.
    • During the first 30 days, the participant must be available to exchange and adapt strategies with the mentor , implementing the actions within a period of 2 days suggested to maximize the chances of making sales.

    2.4 Evidence of Implementation

    To validate eligibility, the participant must present the following evidence:

    • Store link, name, products, values, margins, etc.
    • Screenshots or links of the configured store.
    • Reports on marketing campaigns carried out (e.g. emails sent, contacts with affiliates, paid traffic data).
    • Records of listed products and app settings in the Shopify store.

    3. Possibility of Negotiation for Compliance with the Guarantee

    If all conditions are met and sales are still not made within 30 days, it will be possible to start a direct negotiation with the mentor , where:

    • The mentor agrees to work for the participant free of charge until he is sure that his part of the promise is fulfilled.
    • This work will be limited to strategic and operational actions that are directly related to meeting the program's sales targets.
